When you book an appointment at our clinic we may collect the following; full name, date of birth, email address/phone number, medical history relevant to your treatment, payment details, photos for treatment documentation (with your consent), notes from consultations and treatment plans.

We collect data through online booking systems, in-person consultations and forms, phone and email communications.

Your data is collected in order for us to manage bookings and appointments, access your suitability for treatments, keep accurate records, contact you regarding your care, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We do not share your date or information for marketing purposes without your consent. We may share your information with payment processors (for transactions), regulators or authorities when legally required.

We take appropriate measures to protect your data by using encrypted digital storage, password protected software and devices. You have the right to access personal data we hold about you, request corrections of inaccurate data, withdraw your consent at any time.

All bookings require a £20 refundable deposit to secure your appointment and we require a 24 hour notice period to cancel or rearrange, failure to do so will result in losing your deposit.
